What data and why
If you send us a booking request or contact us in another way (WhatsApp, e-mail, phone), we process the details you give us yourself: name, phone, e-mail, dates of stay, number of guests, type of accommodation and your message. We use them only to answer your request and arrange your stay.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
The form on this website
The form does not send or store your data anywhere. It only prepares a message that opens in your WhatsApp or e-mail app – it reaches us only when you send it yourself. The rules of the service you use for that (e.g. WhatsApp or your e-mail provider) also apply.
How long
We keep the data only as long as needed to handle your request and any stay, and beyond that only when and for as long as the law requires us to.
Cookies and links
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Links to Google Maps, Apple Maps, WhatsApp, Booking.com and Facebook lead to services of other companies, which have their own privacy rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@penzion-bratislava-raki.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk).
